Shipping policy

All of our UK customers will receive FREE postage on all orders without a minimum spend amount. Orders are generally dispatched via Royal Mail 48 or Hermes (we will notify you if it is by a different courier.) 

Any tracking information will automatically be updated on your transactions and you will also be notified of shipping information via email and/or SMS depending on the contact information you give us during check out. 

INTERNATIONAL postage is currently unavailable. We have all of our products available to buy internationally via our other stores on eBay, Etsy1, Etsy 2 & Amazon

FAQ

My item is not here yet, how can I check where it is?

If you would like to know any information about your parcel's journey, use the tracking number provided on your transaction and go to the couriers tracking pages and simply input your tracking number. Sometimes postage can take longer than specified to get to you (due to varying circumstances.) 

If your parcel is late, before contacting us, please take the following steps:

• Wait a little while longer as some post can be delayed slightly but will most likely arrive very soon.
• If your tracking number shows that your item has been delivered but you still do not have it, please do the following:
• check to see if your item has been left with neighbours
• check in safe places around your property where it could potentially have been left.
